Alessandro del Piero has revealed that Juventus have agreed to sign his former Milan striker for €16 million.
The 26-year-old joined Milan in 2012 from Milan, having played for their academy.
Del Piero scored 15 goals in 49 appearances in Serie A last season, and had loan spells at Sampdoria, Genoa, Udinese and Napoli.
The Italy international had been keen to return to Serie A, but he was sold to Juventus in 2013.
However, his contract was cancelled in the summer of 2016.
Del Pierso has had a tough time finding a new club since leaving Milan in 2013, with a return to Milan now all but certain.
