With the Christmas season now behind us, and the first part of 2017 officially underway, it’s time to take stock of what you’ve done.
You know the drill: you’ve added some sweeteners to your diet, you’ve bought something that you’ll eat at least twice a day, you went on a shopping spree and you’ve probably got your Christmas tree decorated.
What to do when you get stuck If you’ve been having trouble eating too little, the first thing to do is to put on some weight.
If you haven’t been getting enough exercise, you’ll need to take up running, swimming, cycling or even cycling on the bike.
If your weight has been dropping too fast, consider taking some time off work.
Get the right diet: don’t follow the standard ‘you can eat whatever you want’ diet if you’re over 35, and if you’ve got a BMI above 25, you may need to start making changes.
If that means taking part in a weight loss programme or diet plan, you’re in luck.
Find a Christmas story home: Christmas story houses and Christmas story stories house have all got their own distinct stories, and they can all be found in different places.
If one of these is what you’re looking for, there’s probably a place in your local area where you can get a Christmas home.
Start a new blog: You’ll find that the best places to start your new blog are the ones you’ve already followed, so this isn’t a list of the most popular blog communities.
Try to stick to one Christmas story a week: This is a tricky one.
If there’s one story that you’ve all come to love, you can always go back to that one, but if you can’t, you could be missing out.
If it’s a new one, stick to a consistent theme, as well as the number of stories you share on a given day.
Stay away from the festive shopping: The best way to avoid buying Christmas presents and gifts, as a result of the Christmas shopping rush, is to keep shopping at home.
In fact, you should try to avoid shopping at all.
If this doesn’t work for you, you might consider starting your own blog, which you can then share with your readers.
Stop shopping and start writing: If you’re stuck, you don’t have to feel bad about it.
There are plenty of Christmas story authors who have created their own Christmas stories, including a number of Christmas writers.
If there’s anything you’ve found that you’d like to share, leave it in the comments.
